• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Bet Jille support immediately.
• An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT (may vary depending on payment method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP tier.
• Account verification is required for withdrawals. Verified accounts are typically paid to bKash/Nagad within 2–24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If money laundering is suspected, the transaction will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawing via a different method may require additional verification.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Match fixing or the use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
• Any bug or glitch identified in the game software must be reported to support immediately. Winnings obtained by exploiting a glitch will be voided.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and cannot be altered under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or sports event, the affected round or bet may be declared void.

7Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Jille and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance without notice:

• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to harm the platform's systems or other players.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members.

If Bet Jille determines that unusual activity is taking place on an account, that account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.

8Responsible Gaming & Minor Protection

• Any member may set deposit limits, loss limits, or session timers at their own discretion.
• You have the option to take a cooling-off period — ranging from 24 hours up to 90 days.
• To permanently close your account, you may submit a self-exclusion request.
• Bet Jille uses age verification measures to prevent access by anyone under 18.
